Periodically I tend to get enthralled with a particular ML who I wish would be a WL or be open to a private arrangement.
occasionally I have found that they change their stripes, but not so often.

In Perth (2009/2010) I bagged a cute viet and she even moved in for a month and eventually took over my flat when I moved back to Sydney.
Similar in Brisbane 2005/2006, and Melbourne in 2017.

Currently none in sight...

But I do wonder how often this occurs to others (and have managed to get anywhere
