I think it can really affect the quality of the service.
The only 'negotiation' to me would be to refuse an extra price to high from a ML. She can then lower the price if she wants or nothing more happen and that's it.

I've negotiated the price of extras up before and let me explain.....
There is a Girl at SBM and it was my first visit with her, although I've frequented this shop regularly over a reasonable number of years. This ML is quite popular and some on here have decided that she does not provide FS. You can't negotiate with WLs in shops but MLs are different if it applies to extras besides NHJ. If a ML offered FS for $100 or $150 with 10 or 15 minutes left on the clock there should be opportunity to negotiate. Why pay the full price in such case?

I agree with this. During my earlier years of punting I used to haggle when the price was too high and thought I got a "good deal" by haggling, but found out it affects the quality of the ML's service. So now its either I accept her price or just say no.
I never haggle in purpose, however it happened to me couple of times when i didn't bring enough cash and the shop/girl agree to accept it with the service/time that i want.
One was at chatswood 60 when i thought the price for one hour was $180 but its already up to $220 - i think end up i was paid $200.
The other one with ML, we agree for B2B, but then it's getting really hot between us, and i ask for DATY, funny enough she doesn't have the price for the service, so she just said another $30 and i was short by $10 and she agreed with that. But i made it up for next week booking

Never haggle, especially if it's a private who has advertised the prices up front. You know the price going in and you either agree to it or you don't and find someone else. Especially don't make the booking, turn up and THEN try to negotiate down, total dick move.
If I'm in a shop and a girl offers a price and I dont agree, I just decline. If I wanted to haggle I'd go to Thailand and try to buy a Rolex at a market. We all know the standard rates by now, a polite decline and if the girl offers a different price, or suggests you offer the price, all good, but going in with the intention to haggle the price is hardly going to foster good relations with the girl and thus the possibility of the service suffering as a consequence increases.
