Koreans don't call it plastic surgery, they call it "body tuning".
Almost all the girls I know spent their money on designer apparel, lavish holidays and of course body tuning. Of the girls that returned to Korea almost all are living the middle class lifestyle married with kids. A couple have their own business and are doing reasonably well, the only girl I know who is rich didn't really have to work at all, her parents had a good business and owned apartments in Seoul and Busan and after her "rebel" years went back into the family business.
