Ok, So I just got this... (I will only re-paste relevant...)

New restrictions have been announced for Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Shellharbour (see map) in response to the rising number of COVID-19 cases.

Retail, customer-facing and hospitality businesses

Masks must be worn at all indoor non-residential premises (except when eating and drinking), at places of worship and when visiting residential aged care facilities
Customers need to be seated to eat and drink
One person per 4 square metre rule has been re-introduced for all indoor and outdoor venues
Customer-facing hospitality staff must wear a face mask

While at work

Masks must be worn in indoor workplaces, including offices
Where you can, work from home

Household visitors

A maximum of 5 visitors to households, including children

Now I am not a lawyer, but reading this it seems that if you visit a shop or business premises MASKS must be worn UNLESS eating or drinking.

So BJ and daty are fine without masks. note possibly for both parties.

But if you are visiting a private in their residential premises, no masks are required.
