If I remember correctly, they only started that after some of the lockdown restrictions were lifted. Maybe May or June 2020. It was at the time when some restrictions were still in place but you could go to the office to work if you "had to".
And there were several shops doing the same thing including massage shops.

I'm one of those who went out to get a last punt. My situation was I never expected GB to have the guts to do this and I have a bad case of blue balls because I haven't punted for at least 2 weeks prior.
