Depends on the country but there's usually decent info online. Singapore for example always check sammyboy forum. Hawaii there was a great forum a brother here put me on to, I forget now. Dubai privates there was a reliable website but the RnT at the marina was my years of experience noticing telltale signs. Seoul was all my own legwork, Koh Samui was luck of the draw (let's be honest if you can't find it in a major centre in Thailand you need to have a good hard look at yourself). I had heard rumours of cops setting up sting operations every so often but honestly I wasn't fazed. The private I saw was extraordinary. Amazing.
