They did mention a singles bubble. It is the same that Melbourne had. A single person can nominate one person to visit them. However it must be the same person and that person can only visit you, no one else. Plus you can't change the person once you nominate them.

From SMH:
Singles bubble
From Saturday, a singles bubble will be introduced allowing people who live alone to nominate one designated family member or friend who is allowed to visit their household.
Singles in the eight hotspot local government areas can only nominate someone who lives within a 10-kilometre radius.
People who do not live with their partner are still allowed to leave home to visit them.

I wonder if both parties would have to register on the app? I would not want my "friend" to know my details.
Yeah, I don't see how you nominate someone. What would stop people from changing it and how would it be enforced? It is very confusing if you ask me.
In one of the media reports it says that once you nominate a friend, you can't change it.
It's going to be interesting how the enforce this bubble.

Imagine if you nominate your favourite WL and she nominates someone else😂
Nothing in the Service app, yet. I imagine it will be there by Friday. The fact that you have to nominate, and you can't change it, means it will have to be recorded somewhere.

aHere’s how the singles bubble in NSW works:
People living alone may nominate one person and one person only to form a social bubble with them.
If the single person is located in any of the eight hotspot LGAs – Canterbury-Bankstown; Fairfield; Blacktown; Cumberland; Parramatta; Georges River; or Liverpool – the person they nominate must also live within the same LGA.
The nominated individual (who can live with other people) can visit their single friend in their home, but their single friend may not visit them unless they also live alone, and can therefore form a mutual social bubble.
A single person cannot change the nominted person they form a social bubble with – so choose wisely. It’s recommended that they be a close friend or family member.
So now, instead of saying to a girl "You will always be in my heart", you're gonna say to her "you will always be in my bubble"....
