First time I am meeting a girl I make sure I am at least half clothed when she comes in so we can see each other, exchange greetings and strike up a little rapport from the get go. I'm a little old fashioned but I feel the first time you meet someone your dongle should be in your pants. That way they also see I'm smiling, maybe crack a joke, lighten the mood basically.
