    Advice for a Newbie

Hi Guys, I'm pretty new to all this. Just wondering, with so many girls providing natural blowjobs, doesn't anyone ever get any STI's?

Would anyone like to share any stories or what to look out for?

Disclaimer: not giving you medical advice. I'm not a doctor...

There seems to be a perception that unprotected oral is perfectly fine, while BBFS is an automatic death sentence. I think this is a polarized view, leftover from public STI messaging from the AIDS epidemic.

For HIV, oral transmission is so low they can't even put an accurate figure on it. For penetrative sex the risks vary: anal vs vaginal and whether you're the receptive party. Given that rates of HIV in the straight community are very low, and that penile-vaginal transmission is low risk for the male, it's understandable that getting HIV from BBFS in Australia is rare.

But that's only HIV, other STIs spread quite easily from unprotected oral.

For any unprotected sex you've got to worry about what you're taking home with you -- do you want to take that risk?
