Some girls will mention 'extras'. Many might hold back to see what type of customer he is before raising it. Sometimes shy girls will wait for customers to ask them. Be polite and nice with the girls and don't be a jerk by reneging on a promise to pay a certain amount. I have heard a few stories of low lifes threatening girls to get out of paying tips or amounts agreed upon at the beginning of the session. That's unacceptable.
