Genuine curiosity. Question for the OP: what is the concern with going to a shop? For real, just drive down to 42 and the receptionist for the friendliest girl. Like others have said, you're more likely to have a good experience in a shop than a private - there's an entire section of the forum dedicated to weeding out the bad privates.

As with anything in life that you are doing for the first time there’s always butterflies, fear, apprehension, nervousness, anxiety, angst, trepidation etc

You need to book the night before as soon as the roster comes out on WeChat or their website. Get in early. Half of Sydney is trying to fuck Rebecca and she is booked out solid. You guys are awesome. Some really thoughtful replies and advice. I am glad you understand my apprehension. Anyway, after reading the replies I actually managed to muster the courage and went for a Massage albeit I walked around the block a few times. Ultimately I was like fuck it and I walked into blossom like a criminal…

* never be shy about walking out,
* give yourself plenty of time, so you can try another shop etc,
* presentation/hygiene - it's not a date, but pretend it is, you will get better treatment,

Honestly, just sounds like you had performance anxiety. You're not the first and you won't be the last. I think you had a rough experience with the MLs switching, if you make a booking it might go better
