They’re too small for me too, both in width and length. The width is not such a big problem when I’m on viagra, it just stretches to accommodate my extra hard dick. If you don’t like the snug feel, you ought to be looking for condoms that are made of latex. They tend to be thicker but they can stretch much better than the non latex ones. The ones that are extra thin like Zero and these Jap ones are made of plastic. They don’t stretch as well so will feel tighter than the latex ones.
On the other hand you wouldn’t want them to be actually “loose” because then they’ll easily slip off. It’ll be like wearing a plastic freezer bag over your dick, totally unsafe.

Just tried the Sagami 0.01.
