Of course that only works when some of us contribute actual, useful intel, unlike others who just spew drivel.
But to answer the OP, it's why I have my regulars, each has a certain skill set. If I want edging, I go see those that have those skills. If I want Spanish, I go see those who are fluent in Spanish. If I want FS, well, there are those who know how to deliver. Most likely, what haven't I had recently? In the case where I really can't pick, that's scouting time. I don't try to overthink it.

Well, I'm simple (minded), so when I'm BOTG, I keep a spreadsheet with dates and targets (primary, secondary) based on rosters, AR's, known schedules, etc. Once I've completed the punt, I update the line to THE provider (and to remind me of owed AR's). That way, when I start feeling antsy again, I take a look and see if I'm keeping well distributed experiences. Perhaps too many language lessons, or perhaps maybe too many air-gapped completions, so maybe due for an inside release. I find it more straightforward, less wondering, and thinking, and keeps the blahs away.
A good part of the fun is the anticipation, even when the reality is less than the fantasy. But if you don't have the anticipation, you have to change it up.
Use AI to generate their blurred/covered faces and go from there
