i always get the impression that 4s is good but they do charge you a bit more for the same service you would get from sunshine or lunar and thats why I stopped going after a few attempts.

IMO, if handing over 3 pineapples, pslide should be expected, as part of the BS service, plus a bit of sensual teasing?

There are diferent definitions of a GFE. The GFE to me is not all about FS - it is one with intimacy and where she treats you like her bf which usually incl DFK and a sense that it is more personal than business.
This is the line many ML will not cross.
