Instead of moping around introspecting on your guilt about punting/cheating, why don't we do something more productive for our favourite hobby?
Put down all the tips and tricks that you "employ" to help you continue to enjoy punting without being caught!
I'll start:
- Work from office, for obvious reasons.
- get into a habit that requires you to be uncontactable for extended periods of time. For me, that's going to the movies alone. I'm a bit of a movie buff. Everybody who knows me, knows I wouldn't have a second thought about going to watch a movie on my own. So sometimes I go to the cinemas, sometimes I go see a girl.

I always have a project going at home so Bunnings, chasing up tools, contractors products ect. You can be gone for hours any suburb
I train so I often turn up for a punt for my work out.
1-2 FS punts per week during lunch
If you are a busy person with hobbies it’s straight forward
I also don’t always answer my phone!

Yes, agree with making it a “habit” to miss calls, that’s very important. Just randomly miss picking up a call when you feel like it’s safe to do so (it’s probably not an emergency!), to create a pattern. You might initially have to come up with an excuse each time you miss it, but it’ll get to a point where your missing calls becomes “normal” then you won’t have to give excuses anymore.
Applying fragrances every couple of days on a consistent basis. Often usually different varieties of brands. This is more for conditioning the missus because she has a strong sense of smell and I want to blend it incase I'm in contact with a WL or ML who applies very scented lotion or oils.
Single again so don't have to worry anymore.
But, towards the end of the marriage I stopped buying aftershaves and colognes and started using the ex's perfumes so as not to get caught out, after all a smells a smell. Surprisingly a lot of the WLs/MLs used to comment about how good my "cologne" was.
Working with loud machinery in a factory was always a perfect excuse to miss calls.
My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity.
Meetings all the time. Golf, tennis sessions. Always leave the phone on silent.

Well of course. And there’s nobody to cheat either! This thread is for all the bros that were moping around on the other thread asking about cheating. Time to channel that guilt into something useful, lol
Maybe best stay away from sex forums, she might be tech savvy… a little suss on your phone or desktop browsing history, boom! Busted.
On the tech side of things:
1. I've restricted allowing anyone use or access my phone
2. I use alternative browsers like 'Brave' and 'DuckDuckGo' for instance then masked the tab/window behind other opened tabs/windows.
WFH really doesn’t help, there is no “I will be home by 7” excuse anymore.
You can get at least some punting benefit out of WFH. I personally plan it so that I WFH whenever I have a heavy day at work. The more meetings scheduled on the day the better. The longer I can drag out a piece of work the better. I’m just constantly under the pump, lol!
So it gives the missus the impression that this is what I get up to on a “normal day” at work. Most other days when I’m in the office, FMD I’m like a well oiled machine, everything done and dusted within the first 2 hours of the day, ready for me 2 hr punting lunch break!
Fix all your devices to automatically delete history/call lists at 'get home time' daily. It is very rare that anything important will be deleted.
