Some like to see customers, some selective see certain customers, others will stick to management and leave the ML work in the past.
Smart bosses will assure the girls are all busy, with reducing their excepted earnings.
There are no binding contract bw shop owners and ML's. Its a loose agreement. MLs jump ship at the drop of the hat these days. So loyalties are thin.
The extras gouge these day will have some owners wanting a bigger piece of the action, so that might factor in on their decisions to see customers.
