I had a long discussion with an American Doctor when in Japan and he prescribed one for me. Tested after 6 weeks and my sperm count was zero. 12 months before leaving Japan I wanted to stop it and he said 7 months before leaving. and we did another sperm count after 2 months of stopping and there was more than enough to knock up any fertile female I might bareback.
