    Heading to KL. Any suggestions?

Off to Kuala Lumpur in a couple of weeks. Looking for suggestions for massage places. Has anyone been post COVID? Also, staying near Sentral (KLS). Does this go by any other name or acronoym that I should be looking for when searching ads? Cheers

Hi KLS is not as central as you should be - try moving up near Pavillion./ Bukit Bintang . Fraser Place Hotel is excellent, big rooms, bfast, pool etc Real close to main city & nightlife. Up closer you are in a better place for spas, massage, freelancers etc.
Beach Club has closed - major bummer. Last time I was there but BC was on the way down - Most massage places are crap. Same for spas - well there not spas but brothels mainly catering for muslims and asians.
AFAIK landscape has changed since COVID. Used to be lots of Viets freelancing now there all gone home. Its a great city for sightseeing, food - go to Jalan Alor for dinner - and easy to get around - watch out the taxi mafia at night though.

There's a place down from Jalan Alor they call massage street but only had 1 good experience there - pretty dodgy mainly Rn T - no different to what you get in Brisb.
Check out Changkat area down from Pavillion - plenty of bars but I didn't see lots of freelancers.
There's always Richmore Hotel too - but its very very cheap and very very dodgy but it might suit. or Central market area at night.
Federal Hotel spa is prob best to try.
Last time I was there was 2019 - I would be really intersted to know what options are available now. If I went back again i would prob use Wechat etc - just open and look around - stay in hotel and make them come to you.

On the positive side because you are Western & white you should be a big drawcard. Back in 2013/14 I would walk into BC and be swamped. I couldn't believe my first nights there - 30/40 sometimes more gorgeous 20-25 y Viets cute as.
All shapes and sizes but mainly slim and hot in cocktails dresses. You just sit and they front you - it was like a smorgesborg but alas no more.
I think everything has gone online now so prob plenty of agencies and escort places but I would deal with independents - like I said get on social media sites - apparently Locanto works ok there too.
Really would appreciate an update - been there 5/6 times but pre COVID - used to be great
    any other info PM me

Thanks for the tips. I'll report back my experiences, but I only go for massages so it won't be particulalry exciting. Location is determined by work, but will hopefully have some time to venture out. Will have colleagues there so prefer to avoid outcall to my room and the potentially awkward conversations that would follow.

just pay yourself a room in another hotel away from the prying eyes of colleagues. not a big expense.

Unfortunately you're right - it won't be very exciting just sticking to massages. Have a look here: https://app.flowtheroom.com/my/en/bl...otels-malaysia.
170RM = $55 AD for a room for 7 hrs. You only live once.

Reports coming out from KL is not good reading...apps and online is the way to go. BUT if you are living there ( single that is) won't be hard to find some ladies interested to visit a nice Western man.
Federal Hotel spa gets the most press recently.
Forget the so called massage street down from Jalan Alor- each time I found it to be a joke.
I've actually crossed off KL as a mongering destination esp after BC closed.
