Firstly, verified pic unfortunately means little, but it helps.
Unverified is very unlikely to be real.
Some hints,
Address is a clue in Brisbane, 21 Mary, 100 Bowen and 79 Albert.... warning.
Ask the lady to send a selfie in which they hold up the right hand showing thumb up. It's amazing how often they can't because of a phone issue...warning
Copy the phone number into search engine. If it is associated with several ladies, across two or more States....warning
A reply asking for your location when you are seeking an in call...warning
If the photo has a lady holding a piece of paper with a phone number. Look carefully, has the image been altered and a number copy and pasted onto the image of the paper....warning
In EB, hold your finger on the image and select the " search image with Google lens" option. If the image is associated with multiple locations and especially different States at the same time...warning. Also, is the image from another non-escort source....big warning.
Finally, if the image is of a beautiful lady, showing her face and a price for an hour of under $300...warning
