Even if some shops or WLs allow double shots within 30mins booking I may only be able to do double shots bareback. With a condom, no matter how thin it is I still can't shoot that fast and recover fast enough.

Based on my experience as I always come early the first time I also like to go for two shots during the booking. Definitely best to ask upfront
Normally one hour booking then 2 shots or at least an attempt is quite standard. 30/45 minutes it can happen but not so much and less time for the brother to recharge.
If you are keen ask upfront, but I generally prefer to go with the flow. My general practice is to do 30/45m with a new WL and if the chemistry is there, then I return for a 1hr session and in general a 2 shot session.
