CIM is not safe at all for the girl. If it gets in their bloodstream, they can get infected with all sorts of different things. The mouth Is the riskiest for them but even small open wounds on the face/body can allow them to get infected although it is incredibly rare.

But, you might want to tone down the fear factor. Actual academic and medical reaearch in NSW has consistently found that the incidence of STI’s amongst sex workers is approximately the same as in the general population.
