No issue.
As a frequent traveler never had an issue . I carry a few meds and these are prescribed. Also carry panadol, volatren or imodium etc.
You can get a script from your GP for V blue pills or cialis etc.
They more interested in liquid over 100ml, aerosols etc. when you go through security scans.
Not an issues unless you being suspected of carrying heavy duty illegal drugs. Then you are up shit creek.
Travel smart and bring along common sense and patience when traveling : )

On the way out could be fine, but on the way back in, just make shore you have a prescription with your name on it, boarder security can be a bit of an overkill nut job with things, its like they are on a power trip all trying to be a hero

Yeah mate no problem at all . Also.dont buy that on the street you will be offered it every 5 minutes in phillo just gives u a headache. I did find some real stuff at a chemist but it was like 40 $ aus per pill. I've travelled south-east Asia last 15 years never been asked about medication ever. I was just mainly worried cause i didnt know if immigration would make a big deal out of it if i bring kamagra jellies. Was thinking of staying for 3-4 weeks and having enough kamagra to use everyday and a few extra. Not gonna be using it everyday. But i prefer having a surplus than being short.
Then i can just see if i wanna bring extra unused Kamagras back to sydney or just leave it there.
Also, wasnt sure if it would be restricted to put it on a carryon baggage or whatelse.

Up to 10+ times per year to Philippines. In my carry on I carry my first night pill (as I often have a chick meeting me at the airport so I pop upon landing). The remainder I put in my packed bags. Never been asked in or out of any country.
You can easily buy Viagra in the generic pharmacies I think about $2/pill. Don't touch the street vendors as no quality control. It's cheaper to get it here on the PBS.
You should also consider your condom supply and take enough of your favourite supply. I find the asian ones too small. On my last trip just one girl insisted on condoms. In Ph though condoms available at 7-11.
Ill prolly be bringing a few tablets of viagra and just a few kamagra jelly on my carry on.
Then bring more than enough kamagra jelly to take for each day ik staying.
Was thinking of travelling light with just carry ons and no checked in. But just for the kamagra, ill prolly end up just having a checkin luggage.

I never take check in baggage travelling solo travel light is the go you don't want to be dragging multiple bags around for weeks or waiting around the airport for an eternity to maybe get your bag. You could easily get around everywhere you want to go in shorts and thongs . And if you do need stuff buy it phillo is pretty cheap for just about everything
And it's definitely not restricted and I guarantee you won't be the only one one the plane with it. As for Philippines 😅😅 they know what you are there for sex tourists are the majority no many other reasons to go there anyway. And if you use 30 in a month you are superman my last trip was 2 weeks i did go crazy . I needed a few weeks break when I got home for the skin to grow back
Kamagra gels in carry on baggage in Thailand and Australia have never caused me any problems.
Never been asked about them at carry on baggage scanning points in Australia for domestic on international flights.
Not sure about Philippines, but rarely do you get scanned on arrival anywhere.
So, I'd just take them in your carry on...
I think it's worth trying to take it with you, although bi in a fanny pack.
