    Angry OZMEDDIRECT ghosting me

    Hi All,

    This isn't a attempt to smear the guys working at ozmeds...i've had many dealing with them over the past couple of years. All positive until this interaction.

    I recently transferred them money for a order of kamagra. and normally great communication and delivery..even during the worst of covid these guys always responded and let me know of delays....this time not so much.

    Initially I was told of the delay and sent a single box as compensation for the delay..which i was happy with and understood.

    Now it's two months later and no more updates and they have not responded to any emails regarding an update to the delivery...

    If it's delayed that's fine....however tell me...don't ignore my emails....i transferred a large mount of money and i've only received less than 10% of my order...

    Anyone else having this problem?

    There has been a bit of chatter across threads about OzMeds becoming unreliable a few months back, by Goldfish if I recall.
    Similarly I didn't receive glowing reviews at the time (probably Covid impacts) for the DirectMeds people either.

    That is why with the advice on here I went with, and still recommend Kamagraoioioi.

    If they have what you are looking for that is.
    As I had noted that they don't stock any non Kamagra based product offerings.
    When I asked them why, they told me that other brands and products had higher counterfeit risk, and hence higher TGA/Customs interception risks.

    Good afternoon folks. Simon from OZMEDSDIRECT. I thank the forum member who alerted me to this thread. Gentlemen we have indeed had some very serious issues since early July : worse than Covid even. There is no sob story though being offered from us as the communication delays were really unacceptable. Many men have now got their orders thank God. But I know many are still waiting (not so many from this Forum but in general). But we are getting it sorted. I thank the Forum for sending many years of business our way. I do want to point out that Melbourne Border Force are taking about 10 to 20% of arriving orders of ALL medicines (not just ours : but ALL from ALL suppliers) and after a terrible delay they will write to you asking for a copy of the Script (that is the law) but what a waste of tax payer resources all over ED meds. Anyway, my profound apologies for the poor service of late.

    I placed an order on the 12th August. I haven't received anything nor received a reply when I emailed them.
