I really don't understand the difference in service levels. At Boondall there are 2 boiler shops and a quality shop at Aspley. Why haven't all shops got a similar range of girls. Afterall, all these shops change similar prices. I'm assuming quality girls pick their shops, whereas boilers work where ever they can.
