When a girl works 14 days straight, 10 to 14 hours per day across two shops then don't expect that her service will be consistent at all times. She may even forget about taking precautions against STIs. How would a girl keep herself awake at all times?

Can't be for certain. Laptop/PC/phones/clouds can be stolen or hacks.

How about filming the girl showing her face and holding up a piece of paper to the camera stating "I have consented to the filming of this video DD/MM/YYYY", and you do the same? Make sure the metadata on your camera is set for the same date. That way neither of you can later claim lack of knowledge.
