I am still in my early 40s but a significantly better diet and exercise regime, resistance and weight training, meant that my testosterone levels are not declining as much and therefore libido remains high. Combine that with increased earnings it has not been a good combination over the past couple years.

I have had to resort to habit forming techniques to reduce the punting which has worked at times but not always.

The frequent WLs/MLs are not good if we want to curb the punting as we not only get a very good sexual experience but also the fantastic GF/friendship and meetings outside the shops with hot women on your arms.

If you develop rapport with the girls and spend time with them outside the shops, it is another disaster if you want to punt less. I have had that experience a few times and it almost broke me emotionally and it costed a lot too.

In summary and in my experience, developing new habits and curbing the friendships and meetings outside the shops meant that I can sometimes go without punting for one week sometimes 1.5 weeks. Not sure I made 2 weeks without punting unless I was busy travelling.

My resolution is simple. Cut right down on the frequency (aiming for 1 /fortnight from currently about 2 /week), and only go for either regulars or higher quality punts (agency girls up to $600 /hr).

Like others, try to punt less but at the same time fucking enjoy it all the same...(ideally 1-2 times per month) It is truly a god's gift of a hobby if you can afford it.

I used to punt more regularly, in the 2-3 punts a month. But I preferred visit
ing the privates and like @GoldfishMan had more bad punts than better ones. My reasoning was seeing privates allowed you more privacy and avoided the walk of shame.
