Sorry to hear that man. Have you tried complaining to reception? Apparently this shop offers partial refund.
I had a similar experience at Chatswood 60. I just left the room in middle of the session. Reception asked me what happened and offered me discount on my next visit, but I never went back due to the repetitive disappointment. But at least they tried to make it right.
