Australia Day, to punt or not to punt?

What is everyone doing tomorrow? To barbie, to the beach or punting?

Didn’t you get the memo from your work? Australia Day has been cancelled. In the current woke climate, you’d look a bit silly “celebrating” Australia Day.

Australia Day has been replaced by First Nation Day commemorating that First Nation people are rightful owners of this land.

Some parlours will be offering free happy hours if you hold First Nation ID card.

Migrants like us who are last arrivals will need to pay full price if you are lucky to get in the long lineup to the shops.

It's just another meaningless day, just like Christmas, Easter, ANZAC Day, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Queens/Kings Birthday etc. Just another excuse to get pissed, have fun, spend money, fuck.
    Enjoy! It's all good.

You forgot to include IWD on June 2nd - a very important day on the punting calendar

Indigenous OZ prefer free alcohol than free punt vouchers.
