    The perfect shop

Here it is boys, an opportunity to spell it out to all the fake punters who are actually shop owners 🥸.

    Question:
What is does it take to have a popular massage shop.

    Ill go first;

    1. Dont open one in a busy shopping complex or road, if you dont have discrete parking and a back door.

Have decent looking ladies that can actually give a massage and play with your balls at the same time

Great thread - as a shop owner I'm keen to hear what the punters think is important.

This is what I have gleaned from reading hundreds of comments:
    1. posts one and two above
    2. clean rooms with towels changed every customer
    3. shower
    4. free parking
    5. easy to find
    6. changing roster (my biggest challenge)

Didn't we already establish a good list of criteria when you wanted to buy a shop (or wasn't that you) ?

    I would add:
    - reliably and regularly published roster - early in the morning, or even better the night before
    - reliable, quick and uncomplicated booking process, WITH text confirmation, and someone on the phone who speaks English
    - proper time management with adherence to booking times and avoidance of waiting time (if waiting is unavoidable have a discrete waiting area)
    - no service interruptions to tend to walk-ins, phone calls etc.

    Shop essential:

    Shop owner involved daily operations
    OR
Pay to cut in an experienced shop senior that can train and supervisor newbies.

    Quality control.

    Are you a shop owner?
I never understood why a shop owner would try to be incogneto, surely its better to come clean, then you may learn a thing or 2 about your shop that your not aware of🤷🏼

That’s exactly how I see it. I want a successful business. A segment of my customers are on here.

What exactly would quality control in a massage shop look like?
    - 'We might record your interaction with our massage lady for quality control and training purposes'?
    - Customer satisfaction survey forms?
    - Multi-source feedback surveys?
    - A brief exit interview by shop owner?
    - Biometric customer data analysis before/after?
    - AI analysis of body language and facial expressions?

As if an owner is going to open up a flood of PMs by naming which shop they own on a public forum
