2. There are uncertainties around a girl's mood and availability, and which shop
3. You can choose to share your information. You can give false information. You can choose to update your priors with information on this forum - you need to decide if other agents are giving false information.
4. Your strategy impacts other agent's strategies and vice versa
5. There are Constraints to work with: money, location, time of the day etc.
Any machine learning experts on the forum to give this problem a go?

A punting app would be a good start, the tons of data collected could be ingested into a data lake (AWS or GCP) where data wranglers could work their magic and let ML algorithms and AI do it's thing. The issue would be privacy and PII. I'm sure you'll find some answers in the dark web (tor is your friend)

From here we start to get the attributes which might lead to the algorithm. I am sure you guys can think of other attributes which would assist in predicting the best punts.
It may turnout that some attributes do not influence a good outcome while others may be critical.
The reinforcement method would apply where we are training the girls aka providers. If you have a bad punt then the payment has to be lowered. If it a good punt then pay more. The reinforcement model falls down because punters will pay for poor service...which then reinforces that the poor outcome is what is being optimised and all the current problems arise.
We could start with one of those little iPads a reception, "How was your visit today?" A new punter arriving and seeing the previous 10 punters left sad faces would avoid. A punter arriving with 15 green happy faces gets ready for a hot time. PS, this is totally corruptible

If the imagination is there, and the technology is available to support it, then it can become a reality fairly quickly.
Your idea is not far fetched. Nanomedicine and nanotechnology was used to develop the recent mRNA vaccines etc. There's a whole bunch of stuff being developed using nanotech to treat cancers etc. ie Nano is more precise in targeting cancerous cells than the traditional chemo-radiation methods. So using nanobots to kill off STD/STIs is possible, it's just a matter of developing, testing and producing the product.

What makes a robot and a human different is intuition. Robots are analytical things because they're programmed that way. I remember back when I studied IT and microcontroller programming we were told that machines are stupid, and their output are 100% based on our input.
Humans are intuitive because we are adaptive. The hungrier we are, the more we become creative and innovative. Sex from a purely reproductive origin has turned into a form of entertainment. We have now evolved to stick our junks in lubricated silicone when a female isn't available. Or use our hands while watching porn.
Punting should really be based on the punter's demand and whether the shop can supply. For example I see that Japanese girls are high up the hierarchy of Asian girls, and that's why there's many shops either faking the nationality of their girls or claiming that they're mixed between Japanese and something else. This can somehow provide a "placebo effect" on punters who don't know how to differentiate between Asians but it is definitely disappointing for those who can and are specifically looking for Japanese girls for specific reasons.
I reckon punters have evolved from different generations. Back then in RnTs you don't get to choose your masseuse, you pay and wait in the room and get introduced to a random girl. But recently it's becoming more like a brothel where punters can demand to see the girls first before paying for the service. Also the booking service as well has been adopted by many RnTs which was non-existent a couple of years back.
The paragraph I wrote above pretty much sums up how punters have made their punting effective over time. They weed out the red flags of certain shops and stick to those that delivers. If you really want to be analytical about punting, trust me whatever strategy you come up with will get outdated very fast. This is a niche market where everything is evolving and girls are even offering services unheard of back in the days.
This is a bad idea. You're going to remove a big portion of the fun out of punting.
I consider the hunting and discovery of my next perfect WG all part of the pleasure of punting. I enjoy reading an AR about a great girl, it gets my blood pumping. I like to go to the shop website and ogle at the photos, that gets me going too.
The knowledge of what's to come gets me all excited for my punt, and then it happens.
