As far as I can tell, they are different businesses. But you're right, some girls are shared between agencies. I once enquired about a girl that had the same photo from 2 separate agencies and the operator said that the girl was "shared". I didn't enquire any further about how it worked.
Also, some girls switch between shops. Quit from one and start on another one.

You can sometimes get absolutely glamours from these agencies. Also helps if you know a bit of Mandarin and Korean. As some of the girls will have limited English skills.
I've found that the girls available today differ from what was available before covid.
Before I would typically find a cute, pretty, innocent girl, completely natural. Nowadays I am finding that it's the same girls across all these different agencies. With more enhancements and plastic surgery. Also it's a lot harder to non-chinese to make a booking these days as well as most girls will only see Chinese.
Dosmassage used to be good when it was on Sussex st. I've tried a few of the girls on their roster. So far every pic has been fake, sometimes completely different girls to the photo on their roster. YMMV but I feel like they will just lure you in with the booking and then you'll end up with a completely different girl.
This is interesting. Learnt recently that some of these agencies openly advertise BBFS on some girls. They call it NS. Will cost you an arm and a leg to get it. I personally wouldn't recommend going for a girl that openly advertises it.

Don't be fooled by their name, they also operate out of private apartments just like any other agency. Only very few girls would be labelled outcall only. Any girl not labelled like that, you can see them in their own apartments.
Their prices are not as high as Caucasian private girls. Those start from $600 minimum at the moment. At that price, you can get a genuine hottie from MOC that would have at least 1 highly desirable attribute, eg. Very young, fresh, leggy, busty, etc.
