Really should be recommending a reputable shop for all ne punters. Privates are much higher risk for bait and switch, and worse

In my experience the expensive privates ($500-$600 per hr) are reliable, genuine and usually very attractive.
I'd be very hesitant to try privates in the lower cost brackets, safer to go to a reputable shop.
To be fair, there's that much info on here, that old mate being led to slaughter is because he's being recognised as being lazy and would never offer anything other than that first post.
