Why do we keep mentioning experienced or not experienced. The criteria is good service or dud service. Let's not overcomplicate it with unnecessary extra adjectives. No wonder punters get mislead
Lack of experience is a two edged sword. Could be great, but equally the term suggests a risky punt
Managers, just honestly state if the lady has good feedback. If regular customers are booking and it's quiet, let them know before they make the trip. It's not hard to do
