Been to see Yuki twice, first time 9pm for 45m and second time 8pm for 1 hour. Would recommend going after 9pm because the Japanese class nearby ends at 8pm+ and the escape room closes at 9.30pm and the noise from the two next door venue travels into Yuki's room so can be quite distracting.

I visited Yuki a few weeks ago when in Sydney for work. Great service and easy to communicate with but like others have mentioned not the best location. Booking was at 8.30pm and was pretty noisy. Will definitely see her again but might try few other places first. Value for money is much better than we get in Melbourne.
