I had a few 45 min sessions earlier on when I started punting. Usually when I hadn’t met the girl before and I thought 30 min would be too rushed. I’ve since learnt to use the 30 min for that type of booking now and usually go 1 hour when I know the girl and have a bit of chemistry so we can really make sweet love hahaha. Also the general rule seems to be 2 shots in 1 hour and 1 shot for both 30 & 45min so is the 45 min block a bit redundant? Who books that amount of time and why?

Yep, fuck the 45 minute slot. 30 mins or one hour. Mostly one hour for me except at Mac where 30 mins is more than enough.
I used to do 45 mins during my younger days because I knew I could fit 2 shots within that time which saves me money. These days I do mostly 1 hour, 30 mins is to suss out the new WL to see if she's good enough.

It’s like 25-30mins max of real action time. I think there’s a false sense of having more time with 45 mins session. With a 30 min sessions I know there’s not much time so I try to hurry up the process. The action time almost works out to be the same as 45mins. Haha
I've always felt like it is. 30 min one time. One hour two times. Maybe as I get older I'll need the extra time to warm up and 45 min will become my 30min
I think 45 mins is optimal time in FS place, but if I go to 41 Epping and I know the girl also gives good massage, it’s worth paying the extra $10 for 60mins
I actually prefer 45 mins sessions for many reasons. It's a good time length for unrushed 1 shot sessions. There's enough time to do almost everything I would want to do in a session.
Also because I usually punt during working hours. A 1 hour session is too "round", it means I cannot be off the radar without being noticed. 45 mins fits in perfectly with "lunch time" or a "1-hour dentist appointment", with enough time to travel, grab takeaway, etc.

30 minutes is good for seeing an ML for the first time. If you don't click you can get out quicker with less paid. If you click then you plan to see her again

For me personally 45 mins is an awkward slot and I almost never go for it, it's usually 30 mins or 60 mins (more 30 mins these days, cost reason), for 1 shot only I just go for 30 mins option, unless it's a budget shop or a regular I've seen many times then maybe 60 mins for 2 shots + extra foreplay etc, if I feel like it
30 mins is a bit rushed though, it's fast paced and you need to be "turned on" and ready for action straight away...
Also the cost difference between 45 mins and 60 mins is usually smaller (especially for rnt) so if I feel like an extended session I may as well go for 60 mins with multiple shots and time to chill, although I can see why 45 mins may be good for some people due to time constraint.
When it was pre-covid and prices were not as high as now then 1 hour sessions were just perfect. Now, 45 minute sessions seem to be the way to go if you're seeing a girl for the first time without knowing how her service might be. However, I also find the 45 minute session going quickly these days.
On the other hand, I prefer the 1 hour session with MLs because the shop's price is nowhere near what you pay at a FS shop and that most MLs will spend more than half the session massaging you which leaves less time for other extras if you're keen for them.

For some reason I need a lot more time to build up libido with a WG after I nut, compared to being with a partner. Been like that even in my prime, now being older it's even worse. I think it's because being in that room, there's just not enough variation to what both the girl and I can do to get me horny again.

Interesting point: some brothels in Mongkok HK used to have pricing by 10 min increments. I think the smallest booking you could make was 40 mins, then going up by 10 min increments.
