So question is for those who use how frequently and how severe?

Years ago I tried Viagra and it blocked my nose and I couldn't breathe. Had to breathe through my mouth. Stiffy was good though! My ex gf gave me Cialis which did the same but not as bad. I gave up on both.
I just googled Zengara. It came up with shoes. Are you trying to grow a foot! Anyway, if its viagra, it varies from on to another, both the tight head and flushed face are common, but also pretty mild. As advised start on low dose and build up. Ive not had any side effects beyond that.
Lol, i took two at 6pm for this all nighter but didnt have an effect on me that night but fuck, got a delayed reaction 16 hours later and had a hardon at work for full 4 hours....
Typical short term side effects are flushed cheeks, red eyes, you might see differently (things are a a fe shades brighter), block/runny nose, headache.
I usually try to drink more water than usual after taking one.
Oh, have to say, i prefer kamagra gels over viagra.
Same-ish effects, its just that kamagara takes effect faster and i can get it without prescriptions. Getting prescriptions from a gp is a hassle and additional cost.
Havent noticed any significant long term side effects.

I don't get any side effects from V besides a red face, and this usually goes away after a little while, no headaches, no blocked/runny nose or blue visions.
The blocked nose and slight headache is no issues anymore but I've been using Kamagra since 2016.
For me it more of a dependence thing, like I can't perform without it. I have so much stock of Kamagra and Megalis that I'm always on one of them.
I find taking the 20mg tablet of Megalis once every two days is sufficient.

Haha, I can assure you, most of the people who use V don't actually have ED.
If you think you're doing fine with your erection, V or any generic of it will blow away all of your current perceptions of how good you can be once you take it.

I personally try not to mix other meds with it, even painkillers. The headaches I've had when I started using them were bearable enough, nothing as bad as a migraine or flu headaches, etc. It was just a mild dull ache, easy to soldier on through, I reckon.
I have been using V on and off for more than 10 years now and these days I rarely get the headaches.
The most constant side effects (ie. I've always had these from day 1) for me have been:
- an initial feeling of a "heavier" heartbeat and feeling of flushing from my neck upwards, right when it kicks in. Both side effects last for a few minutes and then becomes unnoticeable.
- stuffy, congested nose, but this could be a blessing because I end up not being able to smell just about anything. Only the worst case of bad breath from the WG (or BV!) could pierce this "smell armour", lol! Really shitty in a RNT setting though, because having my head in a hole facing down is terrible when I have a stuffy nose!
- yep, dry throat is another one. And try not to overcome this by drinking more water cos you'll just end up peeing more often. Your throat would still feel like shit.
- blue vision. Everything has a blue tinge when I look at them.
Things that have stopped happening after a while:
- as mentioned, headaches.
- feeling of a "lump" in my throat that made it difficult for me to swallow and talk properly. This was weird, happened a handful of times when I started using it, but has never happened again since.
