After that I settled to buy the "VIDALISTA (generic cialis) 10mg X 90 tablets" (thought it was 100, but its 90) - I only need a bit to push me over and work for me. There are higher dosage ones which I havent tried or need.

You are not required to have a MyGov account, and you can opt out of MyHealth.
That said, if you know what you need, you can order from Indian online pharmacies without a script. Those drugs are usually not of inferior quality. Most of our brand-name 'quality' prescription drugs are manufactured in India or China these days anyway.
Or, if you want to buy larger quantities, you can post on Indiamart and receive offers.
But only self-medicate if you know what you need and what you're doing...

Well, I can only say that I ordered larger than a 3-months supply, had no script and never had any issues.
Customs can only check a few samples and are probably more interested in commercial quantities. Most Indian pharmacies I have dealt with offer to resend if the shipment doesn't make it to the destination.
Everyone must decide for themselves how much they want to spend versus a small risk or somewhat longer delivery times.
I, for one, am not willing to pay the huge mark-ups Australian pharmacies are charging, if I don't have to.

All these ED drugs help you sexually, even if you don't suffer from ED.
They free up the blood flow to your body, as well as you cock, so it's fatter, stronger, and recovers for multipop sessions way quicker.

By the time I got to the shop, had a hard-on like a baby’s arm holding an orange.

Anyway, I had more urgent issues to address.
Opted for 30 minutes, followed by basic HJ.
That should solve the problem….unfortunately not!!!

Shortly after leaving the shop, developed a blinding headache.
Woke up the next morning….had bloodshot eyes.
Plus, had a raging boner that wouldn’t go down for 2 days!!!
Moral of the story; obviously overdosed on viagra….how bloody ridiculous!!!!

Haven’t touched a tablet since….hopefully will never need to?
If I did…..I’d be thinking about quarter of a tablet, plus a handful of Panadol.
More than that; I’d just go to the GP, ask his advice…..and see if there were any other underlying health problems?

100mg is very high dose - normally 25mg (cut to quarter) is great for when i dont have a problem but want a harder erection - and at 20mg the side-effect is significant - 100mg is for when you really have a problem - but you will better finding the source of issue rather than just taking blue pill - if your bonner dont go down by 4 hours mark - you need to go to ED (emergency department) to prevent permanent damage! other thing I find is that with viagra, the penis seems to be more desensitized - so harder and longer but less feel - great if you are cum too fast not great if you dont have that problem

And this is exactly why self-medicating without seeing a medical practitioner or at least doing some serious research beforehand is rather dangerous. For somebody with chronic health conditions this could have been lethal.

That part I find somewhat hard to believe. It's rather unlikely to have 'raging' priapism for 48 hours and walk away with an undamaged functioning organ.
He probably either had semi-rigid or intermittent erections (or both combined), so that sufficient blood exchange in the penis was still possible. This would also align better with the way Viagra and similar drugs work.
But guys, if you experiment with ED drugs without seeing a doctor, at least do some research first, and start with very low doses. And be aware of drug interactions if you take other medications, or even interactions with certain foods.

I think if you are needing to be told to use your common sense you deserve any side effects

It works differently depending on di many factors but obviously a strong dose will bypass the other factors and “force” the point di not needing it if that’s reality is crazy at best

Use a low dose and see if you like it and it’s worth a bit

And look some chicks get off on it and some could not care less - I like personal enjoyment but if you’d getting hard and pumping away and all she wants to do is go eat I don’t see the point but go for it

Indiamart is good for finding a supplier, however, you will be bombarded with emails from many suppliers. One supplier I have used is Lancer Therapeutics. Am I allowed to post a link? You must pay via bank transfer in USD so you need to trust them. Postage was 20USD with tracking.
