Actually had to look up what Kamagra jelly is....turns out its active ingredient is the same as in Viagra: Sildenafil. The sales pitch seems to be that it gets absorbed faster than a tablet. So it would seem that there is quite a difference between Kamagra and crushed rhino testicles...
