You can change everything about yourself, but (and strictly talking about men trans to women for this example) if you can not get biologically pregnant and carry a child in a Womb you are NOT a Woman. Same reverse, if you biologically able to carry a child, but NOT able to produce sperm and father a child, you are NOT a Man And no, being an embryonic female doesn't count because your chromosome, an inherent and intrinsic part of sexuality changed you. So we are not just females with vaginas outside. Also see pregnancy point.
* While we live in tolerant times, (I for one, have absolutely no issue with Trans. I have issues with "identifying as" though. At least the trans made a firm decision and took the difficult emotional and physical journey to get to where they want) but simultaneously, I do not want to engage in sexual acts with someone who was my own sex (see fact 1). I’m going to reply to this and then I’m done here but you are absolutely wrong here mate. Nobody is absolutely XX or XY on a genetic level. Absolutely everybody has a mix of both but we ( in general terms) tend towards one side of the spectrum. Some people will even land on a certain side but not have the associated sex organs with certain types of hormone resistances.
It’s only with the rise of genetic sequencing that we are now realising just how common these types of things are. The rarest being fully functional Hermaphrodite that has fully functional male and female reproductive organs capable of self reproduction (the estimate given was at least 10,000 individuals alive now). By comparison Androgen resistance is at around 2 to 5 in 100,000 births which causes a predominately XY chromosome child to develop as a female.
Your definition of Male and Female is also woefully uneducated as there are plenty of reasons why people can’t reproduce. By your definition a women who has a hysterectomy is no longer a women. What about women with PCOS that need extensive medical intervention to have a chance at getting pregnant?
End of the day here though is you make your own choices here and you are paying to have sex with the person you choose (notice I didn’t say women there). And as I’ve pointed out above genetics are not your friend here with defining that term. So unless you point blank as if the girl you have chosen is trans and they lie about it you don’t have a leg to stand on.
