    Women's Football World Cup

    Anyone going to follow this?

From a sex appeal point of view, I reckon this event could produce some surprises like the Olympics did with all the sexy leggy pole vaulters, hurdles etc.

From a betting point of view though, you might have a chance to win big considering not enough is known about the women's football teams.

Kickoff is tonight in Sydney Allianz Stadium.

Agree except KO tomorrow match 1. afternoon in NZ v Norway and match 2. Aus v Rep of Ireland at Accor Stadium Sydney Olympic Park 8 Pm (changed venue from Allianz enabling all 85,000 tickets to be sold rather than 50K)

If you are only going to watch it as a perving point of view, you probably going to be sick of it in 5 minutes, than either head to the brothel or stay at home and watch some porn

When they're capable of keeping the score under 5-0 against some 15 year old school boys maybe I'd consider watching Women's football.

Given that woman's soccer was officially and legally banned by the Football Associations of most countries until 1970/71 one can understand the delayed development

Maybe you just don't like them hiding their feet in boots as can see u r partial to a foot job

You can keep drinking the feminist kool-aid and telling yourself it's because they were banned from playing professionally until '71.

Your intelligent response requires no further explanation as you drag your knuckles along the floor

The Australian boys U17 team beat the Matildas something like 14 -0

Then the American womans team lost by the same result to the boys team as well it turned me off women's football

But I do love the women's netball so aggressive great sport

Comparing men’s and women’s football is like comparing apples and oranges, just enjoy it for what it is. Their mindset and toughness can’t be doubted, I think their spirit for the game is better than the men’s, they don’t dive as much. Women’s football will only get better. Plus their good to look at. Sure they don’t have the skill level as yet but as for getting beat by boys, we see this in other sports as well. Tennis comes to mind, didn’t Serena get pumped by an unranked player? It’s just physiology and you can’t escape it.

The French football association put out an advert for their men’s team showing some great goals, people loved it, but it turns out that they men were really the French women’s team who’s been CGI’d. it’s a good ad, should be easy to google.

Maybe the boys had extra incentive to put their balls into the opposition's holes... Errr, I mean goals.

I am going tonight, fortunate enough to get an invitation to a swish corporate box. I will be cheering on the Matildas, but I am not so sure I would pay for tickets......maybe just to experience a Women's World Cup I suppose. They are only going to get bigger and better from here.
