It's not the always the same nations that are strong in both men's and women's football.
Nations that are strong in women's football are those that have been supporting women's football and putting funding and resources into it for many years eg USA, Brazil, Scandinavian countries, Australia, Germany, England, Japan etc.
Though in recent years traditional European football nations like Spain and France are now emerging in women's football too, as women's football becomes more supported there.
Specifically regarding Asia, Asia gets a certain amount of spots in the tournament.
In the men's tournament some of those spots are taken by Arab/Muslim countries eg Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Qatar etc, but it's a different story in the women's tournament because women's sport is not encouraged in those countries, so it leaves an opening for other Asian nations like Vietnam and Philippines to qualify.
Unfortunately there are none at the moment. I guess the sport is an important point. Netball and volleyball tend to favour body shapes that are light and agile, more suited for jumping. Football seems to favour heavier set bodies. Surprising considering it is a non-contact sport.
Anyway, three players may need a disappointment but the spectators are not bad. They've setup a thing at Tumbalong Park where you could watch live matches for free, lots of food and drinks stalls around. Bet there would be hotties there depending on the countries playing.

Watching Zambia v Japan. Lucky I went for a punt earlier this arvo. The Jap women's team are absolutely disgusting...enough to turn you off.
Women running around in shorts and tee-shirts doesn't do anything for me, and judging by some of the comments here some guys would turned on by a chick running around wearing a burqa.
For the lads with a distinguished palate the Australian pole dancing championships comes highly recommended and the next tournament is scheduled for December 2023.
It was a pretty boring, low quality game. Not even in the same galaxy as the men's football world cup.

I’ve noticed 108 Mirage is doing soccer nights from 7-11pm where the girls dress up in revealing football uniforms. Never been to the place but it seems like a convenient setup for a quick fantasy fulfilment.

Anyone here who comes from European or South American countries and grew up with Football, like me, will have difficulty watching this .... the skills, quality and tactics of football are just so low, my Sunday pub team could be blindfolded and still beat them.
And to boot, nothing really sexually stimulating about watching a largely unattractive bunch of lesbians running around pretending to be men..
