I do mostly 30mins sessions these days (sometimes 45) and I can usually fuck for a long time so 1 shot is enough for me (usually cum towards the end of the session), I'd rather enjoy the session and fuck properly and save the 2nd load for my next session in a few days times.
If you are a "cum in 2 mins" kinda guy then I would say multiple shots are def warranted...if the WL allows it of course, 30m sessions they usually don't.

Certainly 3 in 2 hours is normal for me although it is getting harder to do that as I start to get older.
