And was she nude for the HJ? To break it right down, the basic hourly rate would be $55 to $80. A Nude HJ would be an additional $50, sometimes a bit more, or a bit less if she keeps her clothes on. 25-30 years ago, an HJ was included in the room price but those days are long gone in most shops.

If it's a prepaid shop like SBM, then yes there is a (small) issue here. Ask the ML to speak to the manager and sort out from there. If it's NOT a prepaid shop then see below covering your points:
1. Even though it's a "shop of that nature" the MLs are only obliged to give you a massage. They aren't legally bound to do anything else for you. Now it IS odd that they went ahead and jerked you off without telling you it's extra, I've never had that experience tbh UNLESS I've paid up front so it's bleeding obvious. They always ask if I want something extra whether its here or when I went overseas for a bucks stint.
2. 50 is standard for a NHJ. If the N part of that wasn't on play well, okay request it next time. If the girl is a regular and likes you a lot you could get away with stuff on top for this amount, but it's the standard, which leads straight into 3rd point....
