    What drugs before/after unprotected sex?

Ok, we aren’t meant to BB but it happens.
    Seemingly more than it should.
So what drugs should we take?
    And thanks, no lectures needed

Isn't there a Prep pill or something to protect against hiv and hep c. I think you have to say you're gay to get the treatment for free

One of the most critical things to do if you go BB, is to immediately wash with soap, lots of washing....
It reduces the risk but does not prevent it. Especially if there are no micro-cuts in the skin.
Some believe that if you oil your dick before penetration then the massage oil creates a layer of protection that inhibits some of the viruses and bacteria the woman might have waiting to infect the man, but then again, this is all about reducing the risks slightly. Not exactly a condom.
Finally, vigorous penetration often creates invisible tears in both men and women and this allows infected blood to transfer. Going gentle has its health advantages.

In addition to the morning after and prep you need to take something for your mental health because your anxiety will go up. Not preaching or lecturing but it is true, you will be anxious for a while so you need a chill pill so to speak

Thanks for this. A timely reminder and somehow refreshing information. Especially for anyone's who has a significant other to go home to.

I recommend you go to western Sydney sexual health centre in parramatta and go get tested, tell them you had unprotected sex, with a hooker, male/female your choice to tell them and tell them you have a burning feeling, they probably get you on some antibiotics or some other treatment
But also understand this you can’t have unprotected sex for 3 months with your partner as you need to go back and get retested before you can,

An easy way to avoid sex with your partner is to rub her out, so she too tired to have sex, but also you need to find an excuse to get out of the house, extra work, gym, seeing family members etc

Make sure you piss immediately after any unprotected sex as well to minimise risk of yeast infections.

Use antiseptic to kill the sperm with lots of hot water to wash.

And go to a church to confess your sin.

Some thoughts, not to be taken as actual medical advice:

There’s a bit of an evidence base out there regarding pre or post exposure prophylaxis (Prep and Pep) respectively.

The conventional forms of these are antiretrovirals which almost entirely eliminate the chance of getting hiv. Prep means you take it all the time, Pep is the day after. Very commonly used in the MSM community, and HIV rates are otherwise low outside of that, but if you were doing BBFS often enough, or overseas, you could consider it.

Interestingly there’s been recent interest in adding doxycycline (a common antibiotic) which has reasonably good efficacy in preventing chlmaydia and gonorrhoea, taken within 24 hours as prophylaxis. Definitely doesn’t reduce to zero though (?60-70% reduction). Probably couldn’t easily get it prescribed for that reason, but it’s used for other things including malaria prophylaxis which gives a big supply.

There’s also some evidence for gargling, and properly gargling back of throat, not just mouth rinsing, with listerine or something similar, may reduce gonorrhoea and chlamydia in throat.

Remember all those things just reduce risk. Any BB will cary some risk. Particularly herpes, both hsv1 and 2, can definitely be transmitted even without anything visible. Will always be a risk (maybe small) with BBBJ, DATY, even DFK. Obviously already common in the broader community, but would be far more common, especially hsv2, in anyone working

I heard that if you took mushrooms like psilocybin before having the deed, all your senses got really sensitive like every cell in your body had their own consciousness

What about chewing garlic before the act?

It’s supposed to ward off evil spirits.
