Anyone know if this shop is still open. Either no roster or very limited on the site.
I went past 219 Croydon last Saturday. There was scaffolding on front and back entrances. They were doing work next door at e bike place.
They had a mobile number (only ever knew the fixed phone number) tried to call and was going straight to voicemail.
Look it's a hard time and they might be having trouble getting the place safe for both businesses

Probably a blessing, the ol palace has been in bad shape for years and really needed a reno. Back in the day i would lay on my back and look up at the peeling paint and moldy ceiling of the rooms and think, this place really needs to be demolished and started over.
Maybe Lily the viet dragon has decided to sell up and move on?!?!?
I don't think Lily has moved on yet, there is still money to be made (whether at 219 Croydon or somewhere else)

Mamasan thinks nothing of making you wait 30mins in their tented off area for a 'booking'.
Definitely good value for non-Asian punts but standard service only. Apart from a Ghanian girl that popped up on the roster there's nothing that's had me running back.
Havent been back for a long time (retired), but judging by the roster it seems it's the usual ladies.
Note: Photos are bullshit, whatever sizes are in the description, add 2-4 on top. A lot of ladies are quite big/chubby and part of the furniture, so expect jaded star fish experience.
Re: Texas, from memory she's based in NYC, actor/artist chick, visits once a year. Punt with her was good fun, tall and slim brunette curly hair
