From some of my experiences, I will say GFE as it does include parts of PSE, just a better feeling due to chemistry and knowing she wants to do that to you is more satisfying

You got the American style porn which is rather wordy, lots of trash talking, fake enjoyment, "American type" FOAM, etc. Then you've got the European porn, not so wordy, more genuine FOAM (IMO), less "acting" from the girls (sometimes you get girls who are clearly uncooperative!).
Or JAV, lots of J style FOAM, a bit of fake unwillingness to participate, etc.

What else do you want to do to them? Generally with GFE you get all the extras, which is touching anywhere, licking/kissing anywhere, and maybe kissing on the lips. Anal tends to be priced as a separate item (seen up to $2500!), doesn't seem to be a default of PSE.

My understanding is that PSE is generally a bit more rough, the WL usually take more control and there would be more dirty/filthy talk, aggressive DFK, aggressive/sloppy BJ, intense eye contact, encourage you to fuck them harder, some name calling even, generally higher energy output from the girl, GFE is more gentle in comparison, slow/sensual BJ, soft touch, slow DFK, generally low energy output from the girl and more submissive, maybe follows your lead and let you take control from time to time.
