You go on the trip and see girls over there. This isn't even a hard choice. I've punted in LA, Hawaii, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Dubai, Koh Samui, as well as tried my luck meeting locals in any number of places. Travelling wins every time. Even if you don't punt or go alone looking to pick up, and take your partner with you instead, sex is always better on holiday because the girls mind is relaxed and not stressed out about day to day life.
Well, at least he had the presence of mind to consider going on a vacation as an option! Some punters won't even think of that.
I'd personally pick the vacation, as football said, bring a GF along if you can. The newer the better, lol, cos nothing beats getting it on (and on and on) the first time during a holiday. You will be two strangers on a strange land. Having a new sex partner at the same time, whoa that's a killer combo.
OP can even use the free holiday as a pulling card. Some girls would jump on the opportunity for a free vacation!

Let’s be realistic here and do the maths, airfares and accomodation for 2 weeks in Thailand for a decent hotel $4k, than you got to eat, drink, shop, tour and party another $4k easily,
But overall i would budget $10k for 2 weeks as you are going to have fun and be a tourist, not live cheaply like a local.
In Sydney if i was going to splurge, i would definitely hire a hotel room for the weekend something with a view, than find a private escort who does dinner and overnight rates
If you are lucky to have a regular w/l who only works 1 day a week, invite her instead, could be a lot of fun too, just don’t fall in love with her

For me I would rather have the vacation man! It is more worth it for my mental health, to relieve from stress and anxiety. who knows, you meet someone while travelling and you tend to have good vibes together, fast forward, takes her all the way home!
