The ad is 12 weeks old, and is just a general ad, using her work number, suggesting she has a question for pregnant women and would pay for their time. Well again, any answer I give would be pure speculation (I do have several theories, but best not to speculate), but perhaps the better question to ask is, why would she, assuming she even wrote the ad, use her work number not her private one?
