Now all the interest groups, lobbyists and wowsers get to influence the politicians before going through parliament.
If its stalled until the LNP get in, dont be surprised.
Laws will be radically different depending on who is in power when they get through.

How long does it take for these things to become law? Are we talking less than 6 months? a few years?

Well if it were up to the LNP the review would have not been done in the first place. Of course anyone who wants to hurry it along can always approach their local member (pun intended).

They will never abolish the prostution licensing authority. That is an entire department, jobs etc... at best parts of this might be considered, I wouldn't hold my breath fellas

Maybe bit think be like like nsw where it’s handled by the councils, and they have the inspectors who check restaurants and cafe for health they do same with sex shops probably. QLD give will wipe hands of and push onto councils I think from what I been hearing from a good source anyway

Let’s hope that the prices for extras drop. Once legal girls can’t say ohh price high cause of police risk blah blah . I’ve cut my punting right back just sick of wasting cash for overpriced and most of time a shit service
