Several I've looked at on SB ask for deposits for bookings - one can only assume the first booking? This is a pain, but not an absolute deal breaker to me.... but the needing to send them ID with an address.... fuck that.... even if they are totally reputable...
Sorry they want your home address and your mobile number? You can't be serious
They may as well ask you for a passport photo or drivers licence to permit identity theft crimes
In 2023 run a mile from any private asking for personal information
They don't need your business, and you do not need the hassle of identity theft. Google 'identity theft stories' if you need to know how risky it is to share PI to anyone unnecessarily
If anyone asks for your address and phone number tell them they don't need your business
